Return & Exchange Policy

  • Refunds of damaged/misprinted/defective products are available within 14 days of purchase. If your product arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and send clear photographic images of the damage and we will work to get your order re-shipped. (****Please note that we are only able to offer refunds on damaged products, NOT on products ordered in incorrect sizes or colors, so please double check these options carefully prior to check-out*****)

  • If your order was un-deliverable, we will make every attempt to re-deliver your order. To minimize these instances, please ensure that complete delivery addresses and zip codes are carefully checked prior to purchase. For purchases lost in transit, a claim must be made in writing no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.  ***Please note that wrong addresses or incomplete addresses are not eligible for re-funds***

  • Please understand that there may be expected shipping delays due to restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
